Advantages 👍

  • Powerr.
How do you like the sound of 603 horsepower? That's exactly what we were thinking. There is much more than enough. It is, however, immediately usable at all speeds. So, my lord, when that annoying brat in his Audi A7 needs to be humiliated, just order thy foot and it shall be done. The 4-liter twin-turbo V8 is overkill, as we previously said. On our current world, you'll never need 603 horsepower, and you'll never be able to use it for more than a few seconds unless you travel to very remote areas of the country. However, if you're the kind who likes to bring around much more firepower than is needed, this has it.

  • HANDLING.
You could become a crooked small-town mayor if all you wanted was power. Alternatively, you may purchase a purple Dodge Charger Hellcat. However, good engineering is needed if you want good grip and handling. And some cash. The GLE63 begins with an excellent suspension system and then incorporates a slew of technological goodies to further shield you from the horrors of body roll that the common man encounters when navigating curves. Even during aggressive driving, dynamic engine mounts (yes, even the engine mounts adjust) and active ride control keep the car well under control. For a massive, heavy beast, the roadholding is impressive.

  • Comfort.
Cars that are well-engineered have both efficiency and comfort. And, considering its road-swallowing capacity, the GLE63 is downright comfortable. The interior design is excellent. The quality of the materials is outstanding. The seats are fantastic. They can be cooked, cooled, or massaged. The instrument cluster and the infotainment panel are made up of two almost-connected large displays. They've been expertly made. Within, it's calm, refined, and plush.

  • It's practical.
It's a four-door SUV, despite the insane results. There's plenty of room for passengers in the front and back, as well as cargo space in the back. It has an adjustable height for off-roading, which is something you'll never, ever do. This isn't your typical Ferrari for a mid-life crisis. This is a situation where you can have your cake and eat it too.

Disadvantages👎
  • The cost.
The GLE63 we checked has a sticker price of just over $130,000, which is a suite-at-the-Four-Seasons price. Not to mention the cost of petrol. When driving softly, we got about 19 mpg on the highway. If you're in a tax bracket where you can tell "that's not bad!" please make a big donation to your local NPR station and then go down to your Mercedes dealer and take a look, because there's just nothing not to like about this car. Consider having a Porsche Carrera that is much easier to get into and out of.

  • Controls.
If you spend a lot of money on a luxury vehicle, Mercedes believes you can get a lot of technology. Maybe more than you can comprehend. On the GLE63, there is a steep learning curve. Some controls are tucked away in the depths of screen menus. Others simply go through the motions of “what does this do?” trial and error. Alternatively, "how did I do that, and how do I undo it?" You take your eyes off the road too much because of the touch pad between the seats and the tiny thumb pads on the steering wheel. In the plus side, all of the stuff the passengers don't understand can inspire them.
